Our spacious Hamilton Homes pre-existing colonials offer between 2,185 – 3,516 square feet. Our customers can choose from 3 – 4 bedrooms and 2 – 3 baths. Our pre-existing ranch floor plans offer between 1,856 – 2,428 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths or 4 bedrooms with 3 baths.

We offer the opportunity to customize the plans as deemed fit for the individual. Our plans offer large spaces to utilize as multi-purpose rooms that can be transformed into an office, playroom or home gym. Our varied home plans fit the modern needs of todays home owner.
