Hamilton Homes Swing Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Hamilton Homes Swing Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Hamilton Homes (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, representatives, and immediate family members of Hamilton Homes and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 and ends on September 7, 2026 at 6 pm. (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway:

1. Take a photo on the Hamilton Homes swing display.
2. Post the photo to your Instagram account during the Giveaway Period.
3. Tag @HamiltonHomesMI in the post.
4. Follow @HamiltonHomesMI on Instagram.

Your Instagram account must be public during the Giveaway Period or you must otherwise provide Hamilton Homes with the ability to verify your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible entrant will receive the Hamilton Homes promotional porch swing displayed at the event.

The prize is awarded “as is” and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery, transportation, installation, assembly, maintenance, or any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message and/or another method provided by the entrant. The potential winner must respond within [48 HOURS] of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Hamilton Homes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

9. Submitted Photos and Content

By entering, entrants represent that they have the right to submit and share the photograph or content used for their entry and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Entrants grant Hamilton Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, and display submitted Giveaway content in connection with the Giveaway and Hamilton Homes’ marketing and promotional activities.

10. General Conditions

Hamilton Homes reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submits fraudulent or inappropriate content, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hamilton Homes, its affiliated companies, employees, agents, representatives, and promotional partners from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, assembly, installation, or enjoyment of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they are providing their information to Hamilton Homes and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and for other purposes consistent with Hamilton Homes’ privacy practices and applicable law.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
