After several promotions and years of hands-on experience, he became V.P. of Construction for Lombardo. This background has given him extensive knowledge in construction management, building codes, purchasing and most importantly, high level customer service habits.
David’s personal attention allows people to feel truly comfortable to express what is most important to them. He then incorporates those needs into their projects. We stand behind our work and offer a new home warranty to provide customers with peace of mind for years to come with a 1-year Builders Limited Warranty.
As our homebuyers approach closing, a representative from our third party warranty company, ProHome Michigan, will provide a detailed walk-through of their new home and review all items covered by our new home warranty. ProHome Michigan is an independent third party warranty company with track records of being the leader in post-warranty management. Once closing occurs, ProHome Michigan will track, document and report on every issue throughout the warranty period. They will follow up with homeowners approximately 30 days after closing to address any concerns, and once more 11 months after closing to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues and answer questions prior to the expiration of the one year warranty.
