Our Story
Since establishing Hamilton Homes in 2018, founder David Hamilton has pursued each partnership and project with enthusiasm, creativity, collaboration and passion. This genuine love for working with families to make their dreams and visions come to life is a personal calling he has cultivated in his growing team, the trade partners he brings on, and the relationships he relies on everyday to deliver an exceptional home building experience.
Now a growing team, all of us at Hamilton Homes welcome each homeowner into a collaborative relationship that explores imaginations to provide each family the home they want…how they want to be treated…every step of the way. If and when unexpected challenges arise, we’ll go out of our way to keep you informed and to present the available solutions. Even if the ultimate resolution comes at a cost to us, we’ll never regret doing the right thing for our homeowners and their families.
Meet the Founder
David Hamilton is a local, experienced builder and family man. Upon graduation from high school, David began his career as a general laborer for Lombardo Homes. After several promotions and years of hands-on experience, he became Head of Construction for Lombardo’s custom home division. This background has given him extensive knowledge in construction management, building codes, purchasing and, most importantly, a passion for delivering exceptional and memorable homeowner experiences.
David’s personal attention allows people to feel truly comfortable to express what is most important to them when envisioning their next home. He works hard to incorporate those wishes and desires into the homes of their dreams. This unique empathetic perspective delivers value to his homeowners and is measured daily (and proudly!) in quality results, positive reviews, and high-end homeowner satisfaction.
